The school is owned by Groupe Nduom, with Dr. Papa Kwsei Nduom as the founder and Chancellor. Groupe Nduom is a family business group of Ghanaian origin spread over West Africa and North America.

WHY IS IT CALLED THE SCHOOL?
The Institution is called the School of Business and Technology in order to identify it as the commencement of the comprehensive Nduom University and also to conform to regulatory requirements.
