Getting Help

If you are having problems concerning services of the university then please email us with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your contact details
  • A description of the problem

or call +233(0)555123423 for prompt response.

The Helpdesk mailbox is checked regularly throughout the working day. As soon as your call has been analysed it will be logged in the Helpdesk system, and you will be notified.

Emails received outside Helpdesk hours will be logged the next working day. Your call will then be dealt with by our technical team and you will receive regular updates on its progress.
